Village sets trick-or-treat times

Buffalo Grove Village President Jeffrey Braiman has proclaimed that trick-or-treating will take place in Buffalo Grove between 2 and 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
The Village President asks that young children be accompanied by parents or other responsible adults; and that householders indicate their willingness to welcome children by keeping their porch or exterior lights on and that youngsters call only on lighted homes.
