Buffalo Grove police blotter for Feb. 7, 2013

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Michael Yeh Chin, 64, of 1527 Johnson Drive, No. 738, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Feb. 1 at his residence and charged with domestic battery. According to a police report, he became upset with his wife “over the use of the computer printer,” which led to a verbal and physical altercation. He was scheduled in Lake County Court the next day.

DUI

Jacob David Mau, 23, of Belaire Court, was arrested Feb. 3 at the intersection of Crofton and Dundee and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He also was cited for parking in a prohibited area.

TRAFFIC

Conrado Cesar, 33, of the 9900 block of Linda, Des Plaines, was arrested Jan. 30 at the intersection of Dundee and Arlington Heights roads and charged with driving without a license or insurance. He also was cited for failing to yield when turning left.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Jill Kristen Hoebbel, 29, of 725 Grove Drive, No. 210, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Jan. 31 at her residence on a Cook County probation violation warrant.

TRESPASS

Mario Osvaldo Perez, 24, of 466 Harrison St., Elgin, was arrested Feb. 1 at a business on the 1200 block of West Dundee Road and charged with trespassing.
