The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

TRAFFIC

Romulo Hernandez-Aquino, age unlisted, of the 1900 block of North Green Lane in Palatine, was arrested Jan. 11 on the 1100 block of West Dundee Road and charged with disobeying a traffic control signal and driving without insurance or a license.

Vadym Kostyuk, 29, of the 400 block of Plum Creek Drive, Wheeling, was arrested Jan. 13 at the intersection of McHenry and Lake Cook roads and charged with driving without a license or front bumper and having an obstructed-view windshield.

DUI

Gregory J. Hays, age unlisted, of the 2600 block of College Hill Circle, Schaumburg, was arrested Jan. 13 at the intersection of Dundee and Weidner roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal lane use and having no insurance.

Krystyna Lieberman, 41, of 1020 Bogey Lane, Palatine, was arrested Jan. 8 on the 700 block of West Lake Cook Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She has a Jan. 30 court date in Waukegan.
