BUFFALO GROVE — Jonathan Schlamp and Candice Schlamp purchased a home Oct. 10 at 2660 Misty Woods Road in Buffalo Grove from Steven Lucarelli and Joni Lucarelli. The 21-year-old, five-bedroom, three-bath, 3,023-square-foot home sold for $495,000.

Jonathan Schlamp is vice president at Nomura Securities. He studied at Northern Illinois University. Candice Schlamp is a systems analyst at Allstate Insurance.

Steven Lucarelli is an owner at Lucarelli & Associates Ltd. He studied at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Joni Lucarelli is a Realtor with RE/MAX.
