Updated: January 16, 2012 5:28PM

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DRUGS

Rolando Rojas Torres, 19, of the 1400 block of Palm Drive, Wheeling, was arrested Jan. 13 in the Buffalo Grove High School parking lot and charged with possession of marijuana. Two 17-year-old boys, one from Wheeling and the other from Arlington Heights, were similarly arrested and charged.

CRASH

Cesar Moreno, 23, of the 20400 block of Rand Road, Kildeer, was charged Jan. 13 at the intersection of Weidner and Lake Cook roads with driving without a license or insurance and failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash.

Alexander Sam Linger, 68, of the 300 block of Chicory Lane, Buffalo Grove, was charged Jan. 14 at the intersection of McHenry and Lake Cook roads with leaving the scene of a crash, driving without insurance, driving too fast for the conditions and improper lane use.
