The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DISORDERLY CONTACT

Daniel R. Benjamin, 35, of the 300 block of Elm Street, Glen Ellyn, was arrested Jan. 15 on the first block of Raupp Boulevard and charged with disorderly conduct. According to the police report, he is accused of fondling himself as he drove past a woman.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

Ashley D. Grandt, 24, of the 3100 block of Indian Creek, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Jan. 18 at the intersection of Dundee and Grove and charged with possession of marijuana. She also was cited for speeding.

TRAFFIC

Keith I. McGee, 62, of the 200 block of Mohawk Trail, Lake Zurich, was arrested Jan. 20 at the intersection of Checker Road and Shady Grove Lane and charged with illegally screeching his tires. He also was cited for having no insurance or license and for an outstanding arrest warrant.

Maria G. Gutierrez-Alonso, 24, of the 100 block of Crystal Street, Elgin, was arrested Jan. 14 at the intersection of Checker Road and Arbor Gate Lane and charged with driving on a suspended license. She also was cited for speeding.
