The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Helen H. Markey, 47, of the 700 block of Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, was arrested Dec. 2 at the intersection of Weidner and Dundee roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She also was cited for speeding. Court information was not provided.

THEFT

Benito Figueroa, 39, of the 2300 block of North Major Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Nov. 28 on the 700 block of South Buffalo Grove Road and charged with felony theft. Court information was not provided.

Alexander E. Hernandez, 18, of the 200 block of Cindy, Wheeling, was arrested Nov. 27 at his residence and charged with theft. Court information was not provided.

Patrick Lee Berman, 20, of the 100 block of Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, was arrested Dec. 2 at the intersection of 700 Buffalo Grove Road and charged with theft. Court information was not provided.
